  • Official Communication Channel: WhatsApp is the sole official and authorized medium for finalizing sales operations, sending payment details, and delivering products.
  1. Payment and Verification Policy
  • Proof of Payment: The customer is committed to providing a clear screenshot of the transfer receipt via WhatsApp.
  • Financial Auditing: No digital product shall be delivered until the actual receipt of funds is verified in our bank account or electronic wallet. A screenshot of the receipt alone is insufficient for delivery.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy (Critical)
  • Non-Refundable Nature: Due to the nature of digital products, which are consumed immediately upon disclosure, the customer has no right to claim a refund or exchange the product once it has been received via WhatsApp.
  • Exceptional Cases: Compensation or refunds will only be considered if conclusive evidence (documented video or photos) is provided proving that the product was non-functional at the exact moment of delivery.
  • Selection Responsibility: The website is not liable for any errors made by the customer regarding product selection, or for incompatibility with the customer’s device or geographical region after the delivery is finalized.
